Ines combines her extensive experience as a fitness instructor with her in depth knowledge of the Napa Valley terrain to provide you with invigorating and inspiring hikes and workouts. Imagine a group run through the vineyards at sunrise, a family hike to the top of one of the valley’s favorite mountains (with an awe-inspiring view at the top), a Pilates-inspired workout in one of the County’s beautiful parks… Ines will put together just the right activity for your group and will also see to your transportation and any other details necessary for making your outdoor adventure a success.

Ines Donnelly brings extensive training and experience in the field of fitness to her workouts. In addition to running NapaFit, Ines has worked as a trainer for The Carneros Inn, the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia, LA Fitness, Bally and HealthQuest.
