Napa Valley Olive Oil Manufacturing Company

This is more than just an olive oil manufacturing company. It is a quaint local favorite, hidden away behind Tra Vigne restaurant that sells the most tasty olive oil, in addition to wine, delicious Italian cheese, pasta, and other goodies. The Olive Oil Company sells their own olive oils and is a great place to see historic olive crushing and pressing equipment. Although production relocated to the Sacramento Valley 30 years ago, olive oil continues to be bottled from the same historic building where the olives were pressed and oil was processed for over three decades. The old stone wheel crusher and hydraulic press have been converted to display areas for a wide variety of deli foods sold at the facility.
