Wine Country native, Chef Garrett Adair has been cooking professionally for over fifteen years and has trained in some of Sonoma County’s top restaurants including Forestville’s Michelin rated Farmhouse Inn and Sebastopol’s 101 Main Bistro & Wine Bar.

From founding his first catering company in 2002 to his latest venture (undertaken in 2007), Chef Adair Catering has brought what Chef Adair calls his "California Wine Country Haute American Cuisine" to life for clients in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Whenever possible, Chef Adair incorporates local organic and sustainable produce, meat, poultry and dairy products, all enhanced with his own custom spice blends and wines from nearby top wineries.

"Farmers bring fresh eggs and vegetables to our kitchen door every day. I've got so much inspiration all around me," says Chef Garrett Adair. "There’s no better place for a chef to be."

Chef Adair has now turned his culinary talents toward wedding receptions, doing “anything as he does everything” – with great care and attention to detail. As he says, “Cooking and creating an impressionable and delicious atmosphere is an art and passion. We leave nothing to chance for your special day.” Chef Adair oversees everything from menu design, wine pairing, dinner rentalsand staffing to coordinating all logistics with your venue.

Chef Garrett Adair has served as a private chef for CEO's and other exclusive clients from New York to San Francisco. Food Stars Culinary Entertainment Group has honored Chef Garrett Adair with awards for events in which he appeared with notable chefs Martin Yan and Sara Moulton. Chef Garrett Adair is a firm believer in continuing to hone his craft through hard work and ongoing study. He lives in Sonoma County with his wife and their two daughters.
