This beautiful wedding and reception, held at St. Helena Catholic Church and Meadowood Napa Valley, was orchestrated by master wedding planner Marie Rios.

With a business degree in marketing from San Francisco State University, several years as a Project Accountant in a real estate development company managing multiple budget and payroll accounts, invaluable experience as an Event Planner in a law firm and Recognition and Incentive Program Planner for Shaklee Corporation, Marie Rios had the background, training and incentive to start her own Wedding Consulting business in 1995. She has integrated into her business philosophy a high level of organization, attention to detail, integrity, personal care and interest in her clients and is at ease in arranging and planning everything from small dinner parties to large and elaborate formal weddings.
The stunning photography from this event was done by Sylvia Steininger and Jeff Smith of Sylvia’s Photography. Sylvia’s Photography has been documenting weddings in a journalistic manner for more than a decade. Based in San Francisco, Jeff and Sylvia have photographed weddings across the country and around the world, always with the aspiration to create images that are more than beautiful. Their goal is to convey the essence of the celebration, the people, their emotions and the surroundings.
